How do we roast our coffee?
When we get a new green coffee from our supplier, we try many different roast profiles and do multiple cuppings of each roast through our expert panel of judges. Only after we reach a consensus on what we believe is the best tasting profile for that bean, will you find it in our current offerings.
These offerings will change according to the season and availability. Most of the green coffee beans we source come from a small farm so once they are gone, that’s it.
We will have most of the regions offered at all times, only the farms, type of bean and of course roast profile will change.
